Body Triaction 1 (ATA 1) - Cardio Range




Place yourself in front of the bar (either standing or sitting if you are in a wheelchair) and grasp the handles. Relax your shoulders, push the bar to the right and to the left.
IMPORTANT
Beware to not lift your shoulders throughout the exercise. If you happen to experience pain, stop.
Muscles used :
greatest oblique, deltoid and greatest back muscle
Place yourself in front of the bars (either standing or sitting if you are in a wheelchair) and grasp one or two handles. Relax your shoulders and push the bar up or down.
IMPORTANT
Beware of not lifting your shoulders throughout the exercise. When using the machine with both hands, movements can be either symmetrical or anti-symmetricalPosterior or anterior deltoid; Greater pectoral, coraco-brachial; Greater back, greater pectoral
Posterior or anterior deltoid; Greater pectoral, coraco-brachial; Greater back, greater pectoral
Grasp the support bars and climb onto the pedals. If you are in a wheelchair, position your chair in front of the pedals and place your feet on the support. Carry out pedaling movements forward or backward while keeping your hands on the support bars and your back straight.
IMPORTANT
To climb down, keep your grasp on the bar until both your feet touch the ground.
